Hi...And Thanks For Visiting seattlewebhomes.com! I am happy to announce that for the 6th time in the first 6 years of surveys in this market I have been awarded "Best In Client Satisfaction". The annual independent survey of over 50,000 recent homeowners was published in the October 2004 & December 2005-09 issues of Seattle Magazine. Only 7% of the over 14,000 actively licensed real estate agents in the Seattle area were designated.

Each respondent rated the agents through their personal experience with the agent in the areas of customer service, communication, finding the right house, integrity, negotiation, marketing of the home, market knowledge, closing preparation, and over-all satisfaction.

The final list was reviewed by a blue ribbon panel of local real estate industry experts. Panelist comments were incorporated into the final score for each agent. And, numerous stories emerged from the respondents about exemplary customer service, long-lasting relationships, and friendships that developed from a business transaction.

I appreciate that, for over 25 years, you have helped us create quality relationships through your goodwill and referrals.

During my real estate sales career, I earned an M.ED at Seattle University while consulting in housing investment analysis for King County.
